Le Klein's is a new german-like pub/brasserie that is opening in the South of France, in Pibrac city.

The founders were looking out for an identity and a way to communicate both menus and concept to the population.

I decided to propose something that would be mixing up the german brasserie spirit to the english/irish pub strong world. As the brasserie will likely be serving a bit of both food, with a large choice of beers and drinks, I thought about putting the beer in the middle, fierce.
